AAter Sysprep - Windows could not finish configuring the System
This error occurred after I join to a domain. Tried installed as many software and configuration as we need and run sysprep, doesn't seems to have any issue to go through the "out of the box" configuration. Did a fresh windows 10 education installation, join domain and run sysprep, issue happened again.

I'm assuming the error would appear after boot-up regardless of imaging the machine. I have read numerous articles regarding this error and have also disabled the "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service" as suggested by many.
I'm also assuming that the "Hotfix" for this issue does not apply since I am installing SP1. I am able to boot into the machine after attempting to boot into "safe mode" first as suggested by many usershowever once in, it looks as if the XML file is completely ignored.

This solution will actually tell you exactly what registry key is causing your sysprep to fail, so then you don't have to slowly install every program until you find the problem -- especially since this didn't work for me because my problem has been intermittent. Luckily, there is a log you can look at that will tell you exactly what registry key is erroring out. Find the Setup. Copy the setup. Open a Command Prompt on the Windows 7 computer. Type "tracerpt setup.
Close the command prompt and open up logfile. Remove this software from your image, or find out how to get the registry key that is failing to work properly. So I decided to completely reinstall Win 7 Pro, add drivers needed and Sysprep using the same Unattend. It then states it has to reboot and when it does it comes back with an error about "unexpected error" and "windows installation cannot proceed" and to "restart the installation"??
So my next question is what key would I place in there?
